Return & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

2. Returns Exceptions

Returns are NOT accepted for:

• Intimate or hygiene products (underwear, swimwear, earrings) if the seal is broken.
• Personalised or custom-made items.
• Items damaged by the customer.

3. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning items to our designated return center. Original shipping fees and import duties are non-refundable.

4. Jurisdiction

This policy is operated under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK).
